When you make a booking via our system for the first time, after completing entering the data and confirming the request you will receive two e-mails. The first one will be a confirmation of your request. If you make a booking for the first time the system will create automatically a new profile for you, with User – the e-mail you entered and automatically generated by the system Password. This information can be seen in the second e-mail and we recommend you keep it. The created profile is permanent and after logon (with User and Password) you can do the following: check your booking history, make new bookings and cancel bookings made by you.
Depending on the season and the chosen rate a deposit between 0 and 100% may be required to guarantee a booking. The due deposit is on a separate line in the e-mail confirming your request. A guest’s credit card will be charged or a bank transfer can be made to cover the due amount.
We do not charge additional taxes for making, amendment or canceling a booking.
Cancellation / No Show / Deposit refund
Depending on the season cancellations must be received between 1 to 21 days prior to the date of the scheduled arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Please find details below. No refunds will be issued for No show or for any unused package service.
Bookings for the period April 1 to November 30
In general no deposit is required for this period, but the hotel reserves the right for appointed dates or for specific bookings to require a guarantee, including up to 100% of the booking total. Unless agreed otherwise, in case of cancellation min. 1 day prior notice is needed for full refund of the deposit.
Bookings for the period December 1 to March 31
A deposit – min. the first night per booked room must be received at our bank account in order the booking to be confirmed. Unless agreed otherwise, in case of cancellation min. 3 days prior notice is needed for full refund of the deposit.
Bookings for New Year
In order the booking to be confirmed the total due amount as per this booking must be received at our bank account by 1st of December at latest. Booking must be cancelled min. 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a no show penalty.
The guarantee conditions (if there are any) must be fulfilled. Each booking is considered NOT CONFIRMED until the confirmation is made by the hotel – in writing or over the phone by an authorized employee.
Various parameters of your booking can be modified at no extra charge prior arrival. Some (like increasing the number of guests, extension/reduction of the stay, changing of the room type, etc.) are subject of availability. In order the amendment to be confirmed, please notify us in the longest possible term prior your arrival. If you made your booking online via our web site, you can use your profile and after logon to cancel your reservation and to make a new one.
Check-in: any time after 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 p.m.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out
In particular cases early check-in is possible and if confirmed by the hotel is free of charge. The late check-out is subject of availability and must be confirmed by the hotel reception. A fee applies for late check-out, if not a subject to a special offer or promotion. If one of the above cannot be provided please contact the hotel reception for complimentary luggage storage.
Maximum occupancy per room
Double room with shower cabin – 2 persons per room; Standard double room – 2 or 3 (one on extra bed) persons per room; Apartments – no more than 4 people per room are allowed (2 on extra bed).
The available extra beds are: pull-out chairs (suitable for kids) or full-size rollaway bed in the rooms; sofa bed and/or rollaway bed in the apartments. A charge applies for accommodation on extra bed, except for kids up to 2 years of age. Baby cots can be provided with prior notice, free of charge.
Should you have any special requirements concerning your accommodation (double or twin room, adjacent rooms, baby cot in room, early check in etc.) you have to notify us in the longest possible term prior your arrival. Every possible effort will be made to meet your needs, but we rely on your understanding that not all requirements can be guaranteed.
